1. Exit the airport and follow signs for US-101 South toward San Jose. Merge onto US-101 South.

2. Stay on US-101 South:

Continue for approximately 55 miles. You’ll pass through San Mateo, Redwood City, Palo Alto, and San Jose.

3. Transition to CA-156 West:

After passing Gilroy, take the exit for CA-156 West toward Monterey Peninsula. Follow signs for Monterey/CA-1 South.

4. Merge onto CA-1 South:

Take the exit for CA-1 South toward Monterey. Continue on CA-1 South for about 18 miles, enjoying the scenic coastal views.

5. Arrive in Monterey Bay:
